Sarah & Grant’s Swancar Farm wedding video in Trowell, Nottingham
Swancar Farm is located in the outskirts of Nottingham and is surrounded by stunning countryside. It features a 16th century farm house and a purpose-built wedding hall for the receptions. In addition to this, the old stables have been converted into stunning bridal suite with plenty of room for the whole bridal party.
Sarah and Grant met with a help of Grant’s friends. Matt and Sue are members of a dog walking club that meet up for regular dog walks. Since Grant is a proud owner of black lab called Molly, it gave Sue a reason to invite him to come along to one of the meetups. When Grant took Molly to Woodthorpe park he soon realised that he wasn’t the only single dog owner there. He was introduced to a single lady with a Bichon Frise and the rest as they say is history.
When Sarah and Grant decided to tie the knot, they picked Swancar Farm Country house as their wedding venue. Sarah and her girls stayed at the Old Stables the night before the wedding whilst Grant and the ushers arrived at the venue on the wedding day morning.
The wedding ceremony featured two readings by uncle Peter and friend Claire as well as personal vows. During the ceremony and drinks reception guests could enjoy harp music and during evening reception they were entertained by a caricaturist.
However, one of the highlights was the George Michael tribute after the first dance. He managed to get most of the guests on the dance floor and party continued late into the night.
