ONLY TOOK 8 OR FEW YEARS...
Bek & Jake knew each other from school, but it took them a long time to get together. But when they finally did, they never looked back. This lively couple brings out the best in each other and loves to have fun. This of course includes their wedding day too!
Like many couples during the pandemic, Bek & Jake had to reschedule their wedding. They moved the date to July 2021 and had everything crossed that it would actually go ahead. As it happens their wedding was one of the first after the rules changed allowing more than 30 people at weddings. This meant their big wedding was finally possible.
Bek & Jake picked the Pumping House Ollerton as their venue and it's easy to see why. This quirky industrial venue has plenty of character and gives their couples a lot of freedom when it comes to organizing their day.
Some of the highlights of the day include table football, choreographed father-daughter dance, and of course the dirty dancing lift during the first dance. Must admit when Bek & Jake mentioned the lift during their portraits session I thought they were joking. But I had my camera ready just in case. And I'm so glad I did.
